Theodore Filotheidis

Partner, Head of Litigation & Public Law

Theodore specialises in corporate and commercial law, litigation, public and administrative law and heads the litigation and public law department of our firm. has gained extensive experience in advising businesses in many sectors of industry, having served as the head of the legal department of many companies listed both in the Athens Stock Exchange and in foreign stock markets. He has acted as a representative for public bodies such municipalities in the capital Athens as well as in the greek provinces, as well as for contractors on their contracting and procurement requirements.

Theodora Karampatzaki

Partner, Head of Labour Law

A specialist in Greek and European Labor Law, Theodora also has extensive experience in leading complex, cross-border and long-term corporate projects that comprise civil, commercial and real estate law. She has handled cross-border labour contracts and

large-scale procurement projects. Her personal legal philosophy centers on efficiency and pragmatism, with a focus on mediation and extra-judicial negotiation.

Nikos Kyriazis

Partner, Head of Commercial & Shipping Law

Nikos has extensive experience in Contracts, Commercial, Banking and especially in M&A, Privatizations, restructuring, corporate and shipping finance, sale and purchase, joint ventures and regulatory compliance. He has handled civil, commercial and criminal disputes at all levels of the judiciary with emphasis on shareholder disputes, unfair competition, fraud, fraudulent trading, money laundering, torts and cross-border electronic fraud, within and outside the EU. He has extensive in-court experience before the Greek Courts including support of numerous cases up to the Supreme Court.
